Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique connecting to the universal life force energy which promotes relaxation as well as stress and anxiety reduction.
Shamanic Reiki is an expanded way of working with this universal life force by connecting to the elements and your senses.
Your session will include gentle hands-on energy work and sounds to engage your senses and help ground and balance your energy.
This is the time for self-care. This is the time to receive yourself as a sacred life form. You are a light and you are needed.
